Western Reserve Academy is very excited and proud to share that two outstanding alumnae were recently named by Forbes to their respective regional 30 Under 30 lists.

In Chicago, VaLanDria Smith-Lash ’19 is the Founder & CEO of Coarse Culture, which is a line of shea butter products that she initially developed herself for her mother. Here in the Greater Cleveland area, Maria Paparella is the founder of Chair-Ity, an organization supporting young adults who age out of foster care by providing furniture and household necessities.

After recently reaching 50 years of coeducation, Western Reserve Academy is proud to share news of our Pioneers’ incredible success and how they are shaping their communities. Their dedication and passion are admirable.
